ADW-Slide Themes

The Slide themes are all updated.
Use the provided icon pack to replace the middle button to match the theme.

The ADW Slide themes are being updated to work nicely with ADW 1.3 rather slowly due to time constraints.Another issue is that the signing key was lost therefore you must uninstall any previous version before using the latest one.
Sorry for the inconvenience.The following lists the themes that are now updated to reflect the recent changes in ADW. They all come with an icon pack.
The table shows their new names, publish date and old name.
